06	What is the value for the purpose of Court Fee and jurisdiction in the following cases: 1. Suit for Mesne 2. Suit for Rendition of Accounts by a partner of a registered firm 3. Suit for specific performance of contract for sale of house valuing Rs. 10 Lac. 4. Suit for ejectment of tenant from agricultural land OR Explain the important rules relating the law of Court Fee.
07	There is an exception to the general rule that a party who has not taken objection as its pecuniary jurisdiction of the court at the 1st instance cannot be allowed to dispute that jurisdiction afterwards. Discuss law on the point
