Part- 1 Principals of Equity

1.      Discuss Equity will not suffer a wrong to be without a remedy.

2.      Explain and illustrate the following:

i)                    Set – off                 ii) Forfeiture                iii) The basic roots of Equity

Part-II Specific Relief Act


3.      What are the contracts which may in the discretion of the Court be specifically enforced give examples.

4.      Give a details account of kinds of injunctions and indicate cases where the Court may refuse to grant an injunction.

5.      What is declaration? Explain the procedure and principals applicable for declaration. Discuss

6.      What do you understand by Equitable Remedies and how they are granted?

Part-III Trust Act

7.      What are the remedies for a beneficiary in case of a breach of trust by a trustee?

8.      How a trust is created and what are the requisites for the creation of the trust?

Part- IV Waqf Act

9.      Explain the concept of Waqf and its classifications.

10.  Who may be appointed mutawalli of waqf property? What are his rights and duties?
