detail the grounds of dismissal of lambardar.
3. What is Record
of Rights? Discuss documents included in it.
4. Define the
term “Assessment.” Discuss the lands exempted from the Payment of Land Revenue.
5. Enumerate
various modes of recovery of arrears of land revenue and discuss any of them
which consider most appropriate.
6. Discuss the
law relating to arbitration under Land Revenue Act 1967.
7. Discuss the
law relating to fixation of boundary line between rive rain estates.
Also highlight the effect of such boundary.

law relating to Review under the LAND Revenue Act 1967.

evedenciary value of entries in the record of rights?
5. What is the
procedure for partitioning of joint holding? Explain in detail with particular
reference to the areas which are excluded from the purview of Partition.

procedure for incorporating change of ownership in the revenue record? Discuss
the responsibility of Revenue Patwari in this behalf.
